Hi, I’m Shannon, a sales professional and multi-disiplinary creative with a background that spans healthcare, technology, entrepreneurship and design. My career has been shaped by a natural progression through industries resulting in a diverse set of experiences that are beneficial to any project, role or company.

I have worked in sales, clinical and healthcare-adjacent environments, founded and grew businesses and built a sustainable fashion house rooted in craftsmanship and storytelling. Each chapter fortified my ability in identifying customer needs with creative solutions, communicating value, adapting quickly to challenges and building meaningful relationships. These experiences taught me how to navigate complex environments successfully with empathy, strategy and a solutions-orientated mindset.

Alongside my work in sales and healthcare, I founded sAgency Studio, where I blend creative direction, branding and AI-enhanced workflows to build modern digital experiences. This reflects my ability to move fluidly between creativity and technology - using design, narrative and emerging tools to create clarity and impact.
